Its not often that people have the privilege to work with a family member on a professional level and on occasion, when we do, there is a perception that the professional needs of family members take second priority over that of client needs, or as the saying goes ‘the shoemaker’s son walks without shoes. On a recent and rare occasion, I’ve had the benefit to work with my lovely older brother Claudio on a real estate transaction and I was very impressed with his professionalism, focus on getting the job done, ability to garner competitive interest on my property and closing the deal at the top end of the market.
